Breath – Dealing with Anger.

I’d just like to share something with the rest of you, The importance of breath within our daily lives. How we breathe and use our lungs can manipulate our emotions and as we know our emotion has meaning. Whether that meaning be positive or negative within any moment is up to you.

If you think of a time you were in a negative emotional state or low vibrational state. Anger being the most dangerous and something I have personally overcome, so I will cover that emotion and what goes on within your lungs when this happens.
Your breathing will be quite sharp, encompassing the top portion of your lungs in short quick breaths, this is eratic and definitely not desirable. I speak of this simply because if one can recongnize this cycle and modify the breath through technique which could be used for any negative emotion.
Deep breaths through the diaphragm up very slowly from the bottom upward, then breathing outward from the top of the lungs downward. The pace of the inhalalation and exhalation should be equal. This is the exact same as meditation breathing and can be done anytime throughout the day. Through evening out your breathing to the proper synchronization you can achieve a stillness within yourself, My chest literally does not move when I do this.

What we practice, we become. The process of breathing is as simple and basic as life itself.

To experience and appreciate the “life force” within our breath is the greatest source of personal peace, because living within the conscious feeling of this power will tame our wandering mind and allow us to be who we really are – our true self – in peace and love.

The gift of breath is everything – the beginning and end of human life. This is not something to be taken for granted, but is a reason, every moment of our life, to feel appreciation and infinite gratitude.

Those who are motivated from the longing and thirst withing, will find the way – it is their destiny.

This is a life long journey and we have this whole life to practice. The results DO come but perseverance is the key.

All dreams come true – in their own time.
